The free transportation of persons is regulated by the decrees that appeared in the Official Journal of the French Republic. In France, taxis, bus companies, public transport businesses and small and large businesses are authorised to accomplish this function with persons holding a driving licence that has at least 9 points and an up-to-date medical certificate. The authorised vehicles and the personnel are checked by various services at the Prefecture , members of the national police force, the gendarmerie and the town police forces so that this service is maintained.
Our prices are in euros and inclusive of tax (VAT at 5.5%) and cover the provision of a vehicule for transport with a chauffeur, unlimited insurance for the persons being transported and all the l vehicule’s expenses.
All the expenses attached to whatever service there may be, like motorway tolls, car park fees, the chauffeur(s)’s meal(s),and newspapers and breakfasts for the clients are supplied free of charge.
The quantity of luggage carried is in proportion to the vehicle’s capacity. Bookings that haven’t been cancelled before the vehicle leaves the garage, or the absence of a client at the moment the chauffeuring service is supposed to begin, will be billed to the client.
The minimum number of hours that will be billed for a chauffeuring service is : 4 hours in the daytime and 3 hours at night.
